DOE Standard DOE-STD-1029-92, Writing Guide for Tech. Procedures
DOE Order 5480.19, COnduct of Operations
DOE Order ?, Conduct of Maintenance
NUREG-0650-REV 1
NUREG-0800
NUREG/CR-1369,
ANSI N299-1976
and a whole slew of INPO documents.

Sorry guys, the government is already here. Big brother is alive and
well :-)
