1994 FLORIDA TECHNICAL PUBLICATIONS AND ART COMPETITION
The 1994 Florida Technical Publications & Art Competition is an annual event
managed by the Suncoast Chapter of the Society for Technical Communication
(STC).
If you're a technical communicator or a student of technical communication,
then you're eligible to submit an entry. You don't have to be a member of
STC. You may enter work as an individual or on behalf of a colleague or
subordinate.
The deadline for submitting entries is Friday, October 28, 1994. The entry
fee is $60 (each additional entrant name is $30). If you are an STC member,
then the fee is $50 (each additional STC member is $20). The student entry
fee is $10.

Four levels of recognition may be awarded in each category. These awards, in
descending order, are:
Also, one Best of Show award is presented for Publications and one for Art.
Winners of the DTC award in each publications category and the DTC and
Excellence in art qualify for automatic submission to STC's international
competitions.
Winners will receive their awards at the awards banquet that will be held in
Tampa, Florida on January 21, 1995.
