America Online has an opening for an extremely detail-oriented Technical
Editor to research, write and illustrate a technical documentation style
guide from established (but undocumented) format, presentation and style
standards. You will also create and document new standards and edit
technical documentation drafts. The position requires 3-5 years
experience, a BA/BS, excellent sense of organization, flow and style,
excellent writing, grammar and punctuation skills, knowledge of computer
systems, and experience with MS Word for Windows.
