I can't give any hard examples because I haven't studied the issue; our
company culture is to assume that more communication is better. (We have an
Executive V-P of Technology and Communications who has reporting to him a
Director of Information Technology.) I would be interested in hearing what
reasons companies are giving for restricting access to user groups and other
forms of communications. Would anybody care to post the reasons they've
heard for restricting net access?

Regards,

Derrel
