I threw away #004#the Prefs files for each of the drivers--believe it or not,
that seemed to do the trick. Knock on wood...
We're also (eventually) trading printers: the doc staff's HP IIIsi for the
development staff's HP 4si. With luck, extra memory will be installed along
with the duplex unit.
