Michigan Tech does get cold, but mostly we just get a lot
of snow.
Have you checked out Univ. of Minnesota in Minneapolis?
I know they have graduate programs for tech writing, but
I don't have the specifics. Maybe some of techwr's
Minnesotans can help you out.
