Can anyone on the list offer some advice for a RoboHelp beginner who is
creating a new project? I have been instructed to create multiple help files
for the project. This help project is being written for a windows
application using Powerbuilder.

Should the glossary be maintained in the initial help file?

Is it better to create 15 small files or to divide the help topics into three
or four files? (I created a simple help project using one file for the
prototype and I ran into problems compiling due to its size.)

My manager also asked me to determine if there is a way to directly access
features of help (such as the Search or Glossary) without actually calling
the entire help system. For example, could the application call the
search function in help without accessing the entire help project or
using a help macro? Would this have an affect on the way I divide the topics
into separate files?

Any advice from list members with RoboHelp experience would be GREATLY
APPRECIATED...
