Peter Praetorius asks about redundancy in the lawn mower statement.

How about leaving out the phrase about "complete control"? I'm sure that there
are some people in this world who would consider complete control to be the
ability to do a wheelie in the backyard. Therefore, the sentence would be
something like:

Always operate the tractor so that you can maneuver easily and stop quickly in
case of an emergency.

That's not the best sentence either, but you get the idea.
