RE: On-line vs. paper indexes.
I've had better luck w/ on-line reference guides. I usually
use the "search" or "find" function, rather than an index.
With hypertext documents, this makes it easier to chase down
information electronically than by paper. BTW, someone
told me that size of file makes a difference in how easy
the on-line guide is to use. Lots of smaller files work
better than one big file. Anyway, I'm in favor of on-line
whenever I can find it.
