Provided you're talking about software: make the program so intuitive and
well-designed that 80% of the documentation is simply unnecessary.

Yeah, I know. I don't think it'll ever happen, either. If it does, an awful
lot of us may have to become user-interface gurus or otherwise change our
vocations.
