Hi!

Earlier this week I asked for advice in my search for
a new printer for business use at home. I got quite a
few responses. Thank you to all who responded. Some
of you requested that I post a summary of what I found out
to the list, so here it is:

1) Most of the respondees that had a color inkjet printer
used it for home personal use, not for business.

2) The inkjet printer (mainly the HP560C) produces
great color, but you definitely sacrifice speed
when you are printing text with graphics.

3) Some people that had a need for a business use printer
had a laser, then also had another inkjet printer for
personal use.

4) Some of the problem with the print speed is not the
printer itself, but the windows spooler to the printer.

I think that about sums it up. It looks like if you want
speed, get the laser, if you want color, get the inkjet.

Thanks again.

Caryn
