Als U kunt zien, Ik spreek nog maar een klein beetje Nederlands, maar het
is altijd prettig on een Nederlander te ontmoeten. Ik heb een beetje
overall gewoont (in Nord and Zuid Holland) Zandvort, Haarlem, Lisse,
Leiden, Rijswijk, Den Haag en Scheveningen.

Regarding your question, I assume you have already reviewed Deming's works.
