TECHNICAL WRITERS
Positions are available to develop hardcopy, online, or multimedia
information for database tools, application development tools, and
language compilers. Ideal candidates will have programming or database
experience; familiarity with IBM operating systems (OS/2, AIX,
MVS); experience creating online help or hypertext; graphical user
interface design; knowledge of BookMaster/Script and IPF or desktop
publishing tools such as FrameMaker. Multimedia experience is a plus.

GRAPHIC DESIGNERS
Positions are available to design technical information including
hardcopy and online, package designs (PC boxes, CD-ROM), presentation
graphics, and multimedia deliverables. Ideal candidates will combine
computer science expertise, especially in relational database
concepts, with training in page layout, color theory, typography,
graphical user interface design, video production, and marketing
design techniques. Skills should include experience with PC hardware
and software (OS/2, Windows), knowledge of image digitizing processes,
experience with tools such as FrameMaker, Quark Express, Adobe
Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, other desktop publishing
