There is indeed a discussion group for Windows Help. You can subscribe
by sending a SUBSCRIBE WINHLP-L email message to
LISTSERV -at- ADMIN -dot- HUMBERC -dot- ON -dot- CA -dot- This is a high volume newsgroup, so
between WINHLP-L and TECHWR-L, you are going to be wading through lots of mail.
