We ARE gettin a bit away from the point! However, the Fourth Amendment,
protection from unwarranted search and seizure, could apply to
communications on the net. So could the First and Fifth Amendments
(freedom of speech and protection against self-incrimination). I'm no
lawyer, but i HAVE served on a jury, and I am incredibly impressed at
what that "simple" document, the Bill of Rights, offers us.

It's not technical writing, but it does affect what we do, IMHO.

But you're right, John. Let's get back to more practical stuff.
