AOL in their wisdom has decided that subscribers can't delete their own
email, but must let it hang around long enough for AOL staff to dispose
of it on some arcane schedule.

I queried them on this, and got a response Winston Smith would've been
proud of -- basically they removed the 'delete' feature because
subscribers 'misunderstood' its function and were causing system
slowdowns. I kid you not.
