There was no mention of on-line help. We were discussing the quaint option of
numbering pages in a chapter, and starting over again at each chapter break,
thereby making the user search diligently for the end of each and every chapter.
I fully agree that in these circumstances on-line documentation becomes far
superior to paper documentation.
