Subject:STC WWW Home Pages? From:Matt Abe <MATTA -at- LEONARDO -dot- LMT -dot- COM> Date:Mon, 20 Mar 1995 12:57:38 CST6CDT
STC members:
I am trying to determine the feasablity of posting a Twin Cities Chapter home
page on the Web. It would serve as a nexus for Chapter and Society-related
info. Such a home page could reach many members and prospective members of
STC. Is there a critical mass of STC members with Web access to make a home
page relevant? It doesn't seem that the Society headquarters thinks so!
I am also interested in hearing about other STC Chapters that have posted
home pages (send me URLs, please).
If you are Twin Cities Chapter member, I would be interested in knowing about
any Web servers that would be available (free or cheap) for this project.
Please reply directly to me. I will summarize the replies and post to
TECHWR-L, if anyone does reply. ;-)
Regards,
Matt Abe
