Hey, everybody:
For some really strange reason, I have been identified on the WWW as someone
who actually KNOWS something about the American Society of Training and
Development (ASTD). I've never actually accessed the Web, so I have no idea
how this came about. However, I have received the following inquiry. I'll
respond to this guy as best I can, but I wondered if any of you have any ideas.
