E. Prime or what?

My tech writing professor said there was a lot of discussion on TECHWR-L
about "E. Prime" or "E-Prime"... meaning the basic, "standard" English

As part of my class assignments, I have been attempting a search of the
TECHWR-L archive database, but with no success (see database query below).

If such a topic exists or existed on TECHWR-L, how the heck are you
spelling it?
