Do any of you have experience using nomanclature standards for parts?
Our division keeps part numbers, descriptions, etc on an MRP system.
The description field is approximately 25-30 characters long.
Engineers make up the part name. Need I say more? <g>
I am looking for the name of a standard and information on how to aquire
it.
Can anyone help?
