The Internet Assistant is free, so you can get it from MS directly (they
charge for shipping/handling), or you can also get it from their ftp
site, which is

FTP.MICROSOFT.COM
And the path, if I remember correctly, is
WORD/WINWORD-PUBLIC/IA/WORDIA.EXE
