Any other instances of manuals in movies. The serious reason for asking is
that things like this can be very useful to occasionally enliven tech
writing education or training.
One I have used is the episode of Star Trek: the Next Generation where the
manual comes alive as a hologram of the system engineer who is then able to
directly answer the technician's questions. It leads nicely to a discussion
of writer-reader relations, dialogue structures etc.
