An MA *does* get you more money! Check out the STC Salary Survey in the
July/August issue of Intercom. In the Us, writers with a Master's
degree garner $3,600 more in annual salary ($44,865 versus $41,213
for Bachelor's). That's a significant difference. I've heard that
each year you further your education tranlates into a 16% increase
in salary. The payoff may not be immediate, but it does exist.
