I think you missed the point, Kevin. She was asking that people only quote
the relevant portions of the posting rather than the entire posting. Agreed,
we need context, but we shouldn't have to read an entire posting again to get
a handle of the reference.
Selective quoting of postings can help save bandwidth in addition to reducing
the amount of redundant information.
