An inexpensive wrist-rest can easily be constructed from bubble wrap with the
small (1/4 inch diameter) bubbles. Find a piece that is 16 inches wide and a
couple of feet long. Fold it over to form a pad about 5 inches deep. Fold to
you reach the desired thickness. Place it at the desired location in front of
your keyboard and use scotch tape to attach the corners to the table top.
