Glenda,

Earlier, Marilynne (m -dot- smith182 -at- GENIE -dot- GEIS -dot- COM) had a similar post, but she
wanted help in weeding our power trippers.

A couple fo questions come to mind:

1) How do you (prospective editor) interact with writers? with other
managers?

2) What is involved in the writer-editor relationship?

3) How do you determine whether a writer is easy to work with (:-}/////>,
sorry, I couldn't resist that one).

All things being equal, nice guys (as well a nice ladies) are easier to
work with than others.

Hope this thread reveals other suggestions.
