I think it is a highly appropriate task. TWs can give very useful
feedback to GUI designers because they have a different viewpoint.
The TW is the only person (other than the trainer) who actually
has to worry about explaining how a GUI works. We have found a
number of instances in our work where a GUI that seemed well-designed
wasn't -- and we found that out by trying to document the GUI.

I wouldn't really recommend that your TWs _take over_ the GUI design --
I think that TWs are much more valuable as GUI sounding boards.
