Yes, I suppose so.

I don't think that discussing technical problems is a bad thing. It's the
disproportion of technical-to-writing issues that's worrisome. We do know how
to write, but we also must evolve. And this requires discussion at a
grass-roots level, which was my primary motivation for subscribing to this
list.
