I recently bought FrameMaker 5 for Windows. Here in Silicon Valley, retail
prices
fluctuated quite a bit. Egg Head and CompUSA both said they'd have to order it;
prices, if I remember, were $750 +.
The Fry's superstore chain had it in stock for $699. I ended up buying it off
the shelf
at Computer Attic in Woodside for $679. Mail order prices I checked were around
$649,
but of course there's shipping too (but probably no sales tax, depending on your
state).
