I see no reason why women should be required to ignore the intermediate
"he" except for the refusal of a sector of society to accept that this is
offensive to some people. I do not take my self esteem from such trivial
issues, so please refrain from the suggestion that this issue is one for
me and my analyst. It is simply an issue of courtest and respect---which
is lacking an any communication which refers to females as "he."
