I'm familiar with these sweat shops in that area. They are capitalizing on
the people leaving the military who have a retirement income which they only
have to supplement. Also, many of these ex-military types don't know what
their skills are worth in the civilian market. These companies have a huge
turnover and, as a rule, produce a very inferior product for the government.
I know, I worked for a similar company. In the group with which I worked,
there were two persons out of about 25 who knew what a topic sentence was. I
am not making this up. If you ever looked at the manuals the Navy gets, you
know what I mean.

Please don't flame me about ex-military personnel. I am ex-military myself.
