I'm sorry I'm not responding to you personally, but I accidentally
deleted your e-mail before I recorded your address. Anyway, thanks for you
response. While I realize that STC is purely a nonprofit organization, I
have been involved in enough nonprofit clubs and associations to realize
that those who reach for leadership positions are not necessarily qualified
to do the jobs they aspire too. It is unfortunate, but it is true. If and
when STC can afford to pay people to develop and administer a certification
program they may be a different story.
