I agree with Sandra Charker that Alan Cooper's new book _About_Face_ is a
splendid and delightful addition to the literature on user interface design.
We plan to review the book in the 3rd or 4th quarter issue of Technical
Communication, and we're also talking to Mr. Cooper about writing an article
for the journal.
