KNOW THE AUDIENCE.

A TW's job is to communicate understandable
information. If the audience fails to
comprehend, the TW failed in the task.

If the audience comprehension level requires
use of cartoons, use cartoons. Remember when
the US military started using comic books?

send brickbats to personal address ...
