When there are very simple fields that don't really need
a help topic (but have one assigned anyway) you might
(depending on the standards you work under) use
aliasing to map those topics onto a single topic where
you discuss the larger concept.

For example, you could have a topic that discusses the
dialog as a whole, and bring that up instead of a pointless
"This is the Name field. Enter the Name here."
Another example: map the "FirstName", "LastName", and
"MiddleInitial" fields onto a single help topic.

(Aliasing is a feature that allows you to give a single
topic several topic numbers. In context sensitive help,
it allows you to assign the same topic to several
contexts. Use with caution.)
