Not a dumb question at all, Julie. For MS Exchange, you'll need the
update ... available free from various shareware places, but my first
choice is: http://www.windows95.com/apps/

From there, follow the links to "Mail Clients and Utilities" and
download the utility called "Internet Idioms for Microsoft Exchange."
It's not very big (11K), so should download pretty quickly.

On the other hand, if you are able to choose your own mailer, most
other ones (Pegasus, which I use, and Eudora) let you add signatures
routinely. Pegasus developers are also working on allowing multiple
signatures (as in one for business, one for personal, etc.).
