Has anyone used the ideas in Peter Schorer's "How to Create Zero-Search-Time
Computer Documentation" (Peer-To-Peer, 1995, ISBN 1-57398-011-0)?

I just finished reading the book. While Schorer is opinionated and
deliberately insulting to a number of groups -- especially technical writers
-- he seems to have developed a useful framework for creating task-based
documentation.

I'm sure he'd be the first to agree that actual results are what his method
should be judged by. ...RM
