Unfortunately there are no fixed international standard, and
different countries have different week-numbers. In the European
Union the standard is as follow:
1. A week goes from Monday to Sunday.
2. Week 1 is the week with the first Thursday of a year.
Helen Hegelheimer didn't find it suitable for the list. That's true
if nobody on the list does any international contracting. For those
of us who do international contracting, different week numbers for
the same week can be a trap. So maybe it belongs here anyway.
