Pardon if this is not a prerequisite on this list. Only personal info
follows, so hit delete if you're looking for serious questions.

My formal education is in math and music.

I started business life as an employment interviewer for unskilled laborers
and became involved in assessing training needs and automating a job inquiry
and placement system.

I was next connected with a research firm which designed organizational
studies, generated statistical reports and analyzed human physiological
factors in decision making.

I was employed for 13 years as a software configuration manager and document
specialist, writing specifications, library procedures, user and programmers
manuals, test reports; and evaluating and teaching word processing,
spreadsheet applications and Computer Assisted Software Engineering (CASE)
tools.

I established my own firm in 1991 and have served three company presidents in
optimizing their office. In addition to providing employee, customer service,
marketing instruction, and of course, software materials, I perform on-line
and library research.
