Yep, just the other day, I tried to view my first page with Shockwave
(Director). By the time I finished downloading the plug-in (I went out for
the afternoon while this was going on) and installing it (which took two
attempts because of inconsistencies between versions where Netscape puts its
program file), the original author had lost me -- I never returned to the
original page, although I went and checked out some other 'Shockwave' pages.
