To Chou's list I would add:
_Designing and Writing Online Documentation, Second Ed._ by William Horton, Wiley, ISBN
0-471-30635-5 - A good book for learning the basics of help design.
_The Developer's Guide to Winhelp.exe_ by Jim Mischel, Wiley, ISBN 0-471-30325-9 - Has
the "techie" stuff, info on using macros, dll's, etc. Good for trouble-shooting and
trying out new features.
