I've had it with corporate bureaucracy and too-long commute! I'm going to
abandon ship and paddle my own consulting canoe. I already have a very nice
486 and laser printer, but now I'm faced with replacing all the goodies
that come with working for a company - fax, e-mail, copier, etc.. I'm
looking for your opinion on what works best (or worst - negative
information is often the most useful!):

* an all-in-one internal card or separate external boxes? Any particular
brands to choose or avoid?

* an ISP (Internet service provider) - what did you choose, and why, and
would you do it differently?

Please respond to me directly. Depending on the quantity and quality of the
responses, I'll summarize to the List.
