As a left-handed person, I have to contend, not only with machinery made for
right-handers) but a series of left-based words with negative connotations.
I consider that I have a right to raise the point when, for example, I'm
told to press the "right mouse button" to make the world turn on its axis. I
readily concede the same right to homosexuals, females, and all visible and
invisible minorities.

I expect the same courtesy in return.
