I'm interested in ways to obtain feedback from end users relevant to the
effectiveness of documentation that you produce.

I work for a manufacturer that produces SFA software for pharmaceutical companies.
As part of our TQM adventure, I need to write an evaluation instrument. I need some
suggestions beyond "Do you ever look at the documentation when you have a problem."

If you have conducted similar evaluations or have instruments that have provided
"valid" results, please contact me privately.

I'm also looking for sample style guides (that's another project we're going to be
taking up soon).
