The one we use is Stedman's Medical Dictionary, 25th edition, Baltimore:
Williams & Wilkines, 1990. It is also listed in the Annotated Bibliography
sections of both the CBE Style Manual and The New York Public Library Writers
Guide to Style and Usage.

I don't know whether it's on CD or not.
