David Jones mentioned Xara - check out their home page, it's very
informative and nicely put together. I get the impression that the Xara
people know what they are doing with graphics because they have a long
32-bit history with the Amiga.

Trouble is, all the illustration packages in the world can't create artistic
flair where none exists. 8)
