I am not certain about this, but the old ExecProgram macro (now EF for 4.0)
did not look after directories, so you had to do this yourself by specifying
the directory path as well as the filename, or writing a special to change
the current directory first. I suspect this is still the case with EF. In my
case I know exactly where the file is (it is installed with the product), so
I have hard-coded the path into the macro.
