Job opening in the Boston area (Cambridge) for a Senior Technical Writer.
This is a full-time, permanent position.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for documenting PhoneWizard, a Windows 95-based speech recognition
product that screens and forwards incoming telephone calls, takes messages from
callers, and leaves messages for callers. You will be documenting both the
Windows 95 GUI and the over-the-phone SUI (speech user interface).
Documentation consists of online Help and a printed pocket-sized guide of
spoken commands. Also, an interactive tutorial is likely.

REQUIREMENTS
* Experience documenting Windows 95-based products
for non-technical users.

* Experience developing online Help for Windows 95,
preferably using RoboHelp.

* Familiarity with speech recognition software is helpful.

* Experience using Microsoft Word and documenting
C APIs are plusses.

Please be prepared to bring a sample of a Win95 Help project to the first
interview.

Salary and benefits are competitive. Company pays part of garage fee or T pass.
