CyberCash, Inc in Reston, VA, develops cryptographically secure
payment services for the Internet. We are seeking two
Technical Communications Specialists to develop user documentation
(and some internal proprietary documents as necessary) for our
payment systems and software.

Requirements:
o Bachelor's in Technical Communication, English (writing), Journalism,
or related field
o up to 3 yrs. experience writing user guides for software
o Internet experience
o Macintosh or PC proficiency
o Word processor and/or DTP proficiency (preferrably MS Word and/
or FrameMaker)

Other qualifications/desired skills:
o graphic design and illustration
o HTML tagging and/or Web page design
o experience with Unix systems
o experience with electronic document management systems
o experience using style manuals
o knowledge of banking a plus
